The way Harry reacted after the defeat against Burton looks like it made the effect all of us were wishing for. He was angry with some of the players, threatened that they could leave if they are not good enough etc etc. That the way I like our Manager to be. Hate him when we loose games and keep getting excuses and cover the players.
