How comes di Maria is cleared to play for manure, but Vargas is still not cleared to play for us ?

Di Maria has lived in Europe for more than seven years, and Vargos for less than three, so probably has a different sort of visa.Comment

Anyone else starting to think that this vargas thing isn't quite as straight forward as we think? Surely he wouldn't have much of an issue getting a permit having worked in europe and being a full international?
