One of the problems (just one) is this sky idea of having a league table after 1 game, should not be printed until 4 games played, he got us up and no-one was complaining about him , bought well in the market and no-one was upset with players in or out , yet after 2 games fans are concerned because we are bottom of the league. The new Leeds chairman is a nutter rather like Flavio and even he gave his manager 6 games !!

Dunno how many times I & others have said it on here last season was all about promotion, by hook or by crook. Not pretty football. How can he be judged after 2 league games when he's brought in genuine quality to the club & is implementing a new system to accommodate those players?
Two weeks ago him & the board were geniuses & it was all rosy now everyone is acting like demented fools.
I just think everyone needs to just calmmmmmmmm down.

Absolutely spot on about last season. Its as if some use our performances last season as 'another' stick to beat him with. It was clear from day 1 no matter how we done it as long as we got promoted!!!! And that's what happened.
Now HRs new challenge is to build a squad capable of premier league status... give the guy a chance and see if he can succeed just like he did bringing us up.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Getting rid at this early stage would be ludicrous.
What happened to QPR being a humble club? Turned into proper divas on here I'm telling ya.

The aim was always always going to be 17th, by any means necessary, just like as you said, last season was all about promotion no matter how we did it.Top Scorers 2018/2019

Sat is a massive game for harry. The team really needs a win because confidence is at an all time low.
We had a poor start against hull but found our feet after 10mins, we will need to be out of the blocks straight away against a beatable sunderland side.
The next few games will decide Harry's fateLast edited by Dazzer1977; 29-08-2014, 05:18 PM.

If you are going to completely rebuild the squad due to being of the opinion that many/most of the current ones aren't up to the job, then fine, no problem at all with that. If Harry takes the view that Simpson, Traore, Onouha, Phillips etc., aren't good enough, then this should have been sorted out way before now and certainly in time for us to go into the new season fully prepared. There are only so many points we can get away with dropping this season, so to start with six and no goals is pretty appalling for starters.
To have lost both opening games along with the complete humiliation of Wednesday night in the cup, is pretty poor. It's also quite worrying that he felt the need to abandon his preferred system at half time, during only our second game. To now start accepting bids, smacks just as much of knee-jerk reactions as any I have seen regarding his position. If action needed taking, it should not have been left until now. These players can't have gone from acceptable to no good in two weeks.
He let us down badly during his first few months. I've lost count of the amount of posters who have complained about our style of play, HR's team selection and tactics. His man management and motivation has been called into question too.
Still happy to give the bloke the benefit of the doubt, but not for too much longer. We cannot afford for him to mess it up again. He can just retire, we have to live with the consequences.
Hopefully, he gets it right, but we have every right to expect far better than we have seen from him so far, in my opinion.
