Agree, i guess my best example had he not left would have been "look who notts county have just signed"....I mean seriously sol campbell didnt go there for fun, he went for 40 grand a week.....

If they can sign him through there contacts then we surely must be able to get a few decent playes in to push us on, i mean im not suggesting we go and smash a weekly wage budget, and im not in dreamland or anything, but a few more player of the standerd of watson and qprfc will be right up there!!! No doubt about it!

Now just say the mittals took full control, well who knows how they would want to approach it, but theres nothing stopping them splashing it about!
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

can't agree more mate....but there was a time when all the rumours were doing the rounds about who was picking the team....this has now made it harder to get quality players....hopefully with watson coming here after all it might make others change their minds.

Paper talk, silly media garbage, people will believe what they want but be it true or not flasvio came out publically and said it wasnt, its a tuff one but people will believe what they want.

IMO OUR LOCATION AND MONEY E.G. ABILITY to pay weekly wages, will tempt players good enough to take us up, Hooper for example not a well known/big enough player to sign for a prem club, but imo a good enough and well known enough player to sign for a championship club with ambition to go places, we could be perfect for a player like that, someone we havent had since furlong!...

Except furlong was a bit older, still if he had as half as much as a eye for goal as furs we would be on to something!

Isnt this all pending the outcome of Mawhinny's findings from the FIA report? When can we expect this?

If Mawhinny finds Flav has failed the fit and proper test then he'd be forced to relinquish control of the club.

          Thus making this poll moot.

Good to see some still want Bernie, which is surprising.

I honestly wouldn't mind either way

Bernie can stay, havent really got much of a issue with him, albeit he seems a little gumpy at times, (i think we need to take him out on the razz and end up in a titty bar or something).... Anyway..

IMO as long as a large slice of flavios pie ends up in the hands of the mittals ill be happy so they can have a bigger say, and if bernie wants to join that ride then lets have it...

No your right but if they have a few billion on the hip id look more favourable on them!

Would prefer Ecclestone to stay. He's the one with the real business nous and commercial contacts. You dont personally make £2bn+ out of F1 without real acumen. Flav is non-league in comparison.

Fresh blood completely. Who? No idea

I don't get the impression that the Mittall's would be any more committed or likely to gift (for that's what would be needed) the bundles of cash required.

Would Lakshmi stay on Flavio's tainted toy?

Yes , I think he would love to untaint the toy, get full houses and promoted to show the cheat how to do things properly.

Depends what he can get it for? Its all down to the numbers at the end of the day. If Lakshmi was there on Wednesday (which I believe he was) and he's getting positive nods from Amit, then there's no reason why not.
