Tim Sherwood is awful. No idea what he's done to even be considered for the job. He's basically all the issues with Harry - spouts bllocks, clueless tactics, outdated coaching - but younger.

If Harry does go I hope we get a younger, tactically aware type in the mould of Mourinho, Martinez, Rogers, Pochettino. Football has moved on from Redknapp, and I don't think Sherwood has caught up.
