I personally think that the new players should be eased into the team, but on the other hand, you can't see how these players are going to fit in if they don't play. They could come on as subs and look good, but then when they play for the whole game, they look awful.Kept the faith!

I know these guys are professionals, but I wonder how daunting it is to move into a new club with guys you really don't know and then have to learn a formation that your not familiar. Like moving from a 442 to a 352.
I think we might be running at full potential by November, or complete sh it like a Hughes era 2.0.
Maybe building a strong core in the Championship and moving up is the way to go.
Either way, still a proud Hoops fan!

The playoff win spirit should buy you a few games tab the start of the season, one that wears off you start to add the new players then that gives you a second boost.
I think we will be ok but because of yesterday I have to take the stick from the 5th placersKept the faith!

From my viewpoint we should have been easing these new players in and building on the spirit built up last season, we made the SAME mistake three years ago!

A few games watching brief, would give them time to see the system in action and with the foreign players, time to settle in a new country, we did the same thing with Mbia, Granero, Samba and the list goes on.
It appears we have learnt nothing over the last few years, and that's unforgivable!
I hope this makes more sense to you Jimmy Rabbit.
