Need someone else on his wavelength. Linking up with BZ win;t cutting it, and Austin shouldn't have too much pressure in his first season in the prem

Personally felt when the penalty was given Remy should of took it. Austin doesn't have the power I personally like to see when a penalty is being taken
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Yep, you can tell the difference. Would've expected him to do better with that chance at end when he hit it high and central. Far corner surely

But yes, really hope we hang onto him. Can't help feel that a goal from him + 3 points would've helped the cause.

That was my whole point though. Made that chance himself. If that was Austin or zamora would have took that touch in front of the defender. Remy first touch in behind the def cleared him unlucky not to score. Keeper done well. Pleased what I see today think we're be alright

He didn't today, I put that down to nerves and pressure. Last season he was smashing them in for fun, nearly every pen was perfect.

Thought Remy looked poor myself, couldn't hit a barn door on that showing, lack of match practice showed big time.

I had a feeling that he wouldn't score the pen. Don't know why but I felt the pressure he was in. It's strange cos I was sure that he would get the pen against Wigan in the play off semis, which he did. And that was much more pressure than this one...

Give Austin a chance, it was his first game in the EPL. I promise you that Austin will score, he is the type of player that can adjust and started off slow last year.

                        Gutted for Austin.

Would of been a fantastic confidence booster to have put that pen away.

If Remy stays, Charlie will learn a lot from him. Some of his runs and anticipation today were superb.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Even the commentator on motd said charlie 'rather telegraphed that spot kick'.

Was a poor spot kick but come on lets give the lad a chance to prove himself in the top league in the world. ten games at least then criticize him.
