But its a difficult balance - you also want the owner engaged. John Terry says he has regular meetings with Abramovich to discuss team affairs. Oh to have a Mittel or an Ecclestone so interested in our progress to want to find out where he can help (ie by providing funds for necessary improvements for the team) but without antagonising the manager.
