Are going to the key to our season. Having watched yesterday's friendly it was clear to me that this is the most important position if we're going to succeed. They need to be quick, able to defend, beat a man and deliver a cross. Simpson's a defender, attacking isn't really his thing. SWP done well on the left, if he gets a run of games under his belt he could be like a new signing. Isla I'm sure will be decent, Yun on the left has the energy to get up and down, Traore as we all know has the attributes to be quality but shirks a tackle.

Yun on the left, SWP/Isla on the right. Can't see Simmo playing much in this system unfortunately.

Weve only got two wingbacks,Traore and Isla. Simpson looks poor at RWB,SWP looks poor full stop and Yun hardly gets a game

If Simpson tries to play this role we will be in trouble

            He was shocking yesterday.

Wing backs will have to be Traore & Isla surely?

You would hope so. That's what I'd like to see.

100% Traore & Isla. Wouldn't mind Yun instead of Traore but he doesn't get any game time. Sure Yun will play when Traore inevitably gets injured though

Harry apparently wants a new left wing back.

I'm astounded that you can say swp done well on the left. He had a proper Reggie

Need to throw the possibility of Glen Johnson into the equation, http://www.oddschecker.com/football/...ransfer-window, although now Isla has been signed maybe Harry's interest has been cooled, especially due to the Remy saga which could have been a good part ex deal.

Perhaps some good coaching could help. It's a role I'd guess he's not played much.

Traore is the automatic pick for left wing back. Swp IS RUBBISH.
