In the premier league, when he was low on confidence, yes.
Last season? I can't remember him making any mistakes that cost us points, in fact I thought he was utterly superb and deserves the number 1 spot far more than Cesar IMO.
Cesar, world class shot stopper, but absolute rubbish at collecting crosses/punching the ball and constantly made simple errors for us in the Prem.
