Won't be Kingstonian as they've recently brought in Wilson Gondwe in the middle of the park who is a cracking player at that level and has a bit of an ego, he would have his nose put out of joint by such a signing.

Possibly AFC Wimbledon though I suppose, although I reckon they might struggle to meet his wage demands?

Got to go through the rig Morole of selling again , finding a buyer etc etc . Most players in their active career rent properties , at least until they are very settled with a club .
Totally agree. It took me 5 months to offically buy my property in Sheffield after going through alot of work with the solicitor.

If the firm needs a cab service for staff or clients, get in touch with jjb. Im sure a good deal could be struck.

Not anymore ! property in central London is one of the best investments worldwide .
Yousef says it took him 5 months to buy but I doubt Yousef is on 40k a week , almost all clubs handle the finances and the legal work , just leaving it up to the players wife to choose the house

As I say i'm in the minority, if we do get him then great but its one of those sagas that just keeps going on. I'm sure there are other players being monitored by us who can do a similar role.

Played back a few clips of him playing for Norwich last season and he is OK (in the words of me, he ain't going to set us on fire) que Matty

If you are on premier league footballers wages you ain't looking for a 3 bed semi in the suburbs if youv've got half a brain your'e looking at 3m central London a cast iron investment, what make you think they found a house in a day we've been publicly linked to him for at least 3 weeks . mind you I have never said I believe any of this story just pointing out it's a different world from your average punter trying to buy gaff

Im presuming it was house brought in a day cos he was at the world cup, and then on honeymoon till the day before yesterday. I just dont believe a word of it.
By the way. You can lose money on houses in london if you panic buy, as well as guaranteed earn you know.

I honestly don't understand why some of you think I would lie about this. I'm not saying is was bought and finalised in a day and I'm not saying he moved in strait away. But he did finalise buying a house yesterday.

Sorry mate, nothing against you personally, but we have had cab drivers and darts captains with false rumours this week alone.

I think its more to do with the coincidence of it....... just so happens a member of the WATRB forum's sister is an estate agent who just happened to sell a house to Fer, a QPR target and a player we're all talking about... easy to see why there's doubters.

                          for what it's worth I'm a believer!!!
