Impossible to say until I've seen our starting 11 in action...... but so far we've done very well in the transfer market and if the new signings can gell as well as everyone else has and we can click as a team then IMO we could be in for a very good season and surprise a few people!

I'm still worried about the back, we need at least one more CB.

Can't we sell one of Dunne or Hill to make way?

With a mix of Caulker, Rio, Ned, Hill and Dunne I personally think that's our strongest position at the moment (the back 3).... also think some/most give Hill and Dunne a bit of a hard time and almost jump on the bandwagon a bit because of their age. We're not going to give them 90mins, they'll be rotated with Rio, with Ned and Caulker being the main 2.

No chance Stoke are going down. Actually fancy em to come 8th behind the inevitable top 7.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

What happens if both Caulker and Rio are out?

if you could play the first xi all year then they would stay up. but the strength of the second xi is more indicative of a final position and that would be tight - def need to see 3/4 more in this window to get a proper idea

The major problem we still have is a lack of creativity going forward, a supply line. So if the window closed now, it would be massively in our own interests to get Adel up to speed and ready to roll. If that is not going to happen then we are one short, and I don't think we are currently linked with a playmaker. What we do have is a back line and protection for them. It's how we're going to unlock EPL defences that remains a problem.

Need a solid midfield pickup -- Fer and/or Diame -- plus Remy resigned to re-sign. Adel very talented but totally threatens team harmony in and beyond the locker room.

                        Here's a possible second XI:

                        Murphy

                        Ehmer Dunne Hill

                        Simpson Phillips Henry Hoilett Yun

                        Adel

                        Zamora

And here's our likely First XI:

                        Green

                        Caulker Rio Ned

                        Isla Mutch Barton Faurlin Traore

                        Austin Remy

I reckon another CM and CF along with a solution needed for a third keeper, and we should be good to go.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

What happens if Remy and Austin are out?.. what happens is Barton and Mutch are out....... can say this about anyone, but IMO the central defence position is our strongest position 'at the moment'.

Let's not get too carried away. 4 excellent signings to a squad lacking both numbers and quality.

At the moment if we suffer a couple of key injuries, we are back to square one.

So massive improvement, but at least 4/6 players still short atm. If these go as well as the first 4, we'll have an excellent chance.

If everyone stays injury free then yes
