Must have been watching different players Gle as I think he has been one of our better players in each game he has played. I think he shown enough to be on the bench

Two at the back? Or three with Traore as CB? The right sided Phillips as left wing back? Ye Gods, man!!!

?????? SWP? He's been f kin awful. Looks completely finished imo, he used to be sharp and glide past players, now hw cant even be arsed to try. If he gets anywhere near our squad we're seriously in trouble.

You getting him mixed up with Hoilett?

SWP is League One standard at best.

Haha! Just what I was thinking! I think he's trying to keep up the tradition of getting hammered first game of the season.

As that last few posts have demonstrated its a game of opinions!!! And everyone's entitled to their own!! For me he does looks washed up and well past his sell by date. Sadly no one going to touch him with a barge pole on and take him off our hands as he's so say on 65 big ones a week!! FFS

I'd get hammered if at 2.00 I read that was the team!!

On the other hand always thought there was a half decent player in Hoilet - as frustrating as he has been over the past 18 months he does has all the attributes to be an effective performer at premiere league level and I hope we persevere with him.

Apart from Clint for Nedum, that would be my team.

Like this team and hoilet has been in good form but cant see harry going for two strikers and an out and out number 10 so i wd play faurlin where you have mutch and mutch just in front of them in a box to box role in place of jnr. Other than that im with u. I know clint is a favourite but i wd be amazed if we see much of him this season bar lots of injuries or else we are getting hammered so often its a real back to the walls job.

Harry's played two up front in every friendly, so I'd be amazed if two up front is not in his thinking. And he's played Holliett in the hole to good effect in the last three games, so that's in his thinking too. In regard to the back three Caulker is going to play on the right, Rio in the middle, but there might be a problem playing the right sided Chief in the left... Hence Hill against Hull...

You might be right mate we are all guessing. Just as someone posted earlier harry was v defensive in the champ is he suddenly going to play expansive football in the prem? Maybe. It wd certainly be exciting to watch. Dont know how much jnr wd track back? Maybe he can be trained to do so. See your logic with clint just think his legs have gone a tad to be playing too much in the prem. but then no one expected him to play much last time we were in the prem and he was one of our better performers so wdnt write him off thats for sure.

Guessing indeed, Stainrod. But, having voted in the poll to off Remy, I'd now play him against Hull...... We're still thin up front.
