    So without bothering to go into the detail of his court case as can't be bothered, it seems he's gotten off a Bribery case, by laying out another bribe..... Brilliant.

    Don't like the man Del, but to be fair, even the High Court ruled that he wasn't guilty - and the Judge in this german trial has suggested there is no real supporting evidence. Rather than a bribe I suggest it is a sensible commercial payment to save both sides an absolute mint in terms of ongoing legal fees

      Exactly what I thought when I heard it this morning !

      Was going to start a thread myself but was worried about the legal implications ;-}
      "Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
      For us that would mean around 29k."

        Don't care as long as no bribes were associated with his QPR tenure.
        Banning people is no longer my hobby,
        but take a look at my photo blog:

        How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

          Fair play. AS mentioned I haven't followed it as have no interest just heard the reports today about settlements and it seemed ironic given the alleged charges.

            I think someone up for a GBH trial should offer to knock the judge out, just to see if it works for other charges too

              Would like to see him do some serious jail time. What a horrible sort.

                To be fair Del, I've not been following it too closely either but sadly it sounds as though he was "innocent" as he was duped in some way. I say innocent but suggest he is such a dodgy farker that he is guilty of something, somehow and like 77 I hope he ends up doing time for something soon enough

                  Don't know why some of you hate him so much, it was Flavio who was calling the shots, Bernie was putting the money into the club, and without him may not have got Tony here.

                  The High Court ruled that he wasn't guilty, his losing £60 million, why slate him?
