Not loading mate can you paste it?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Having him in the team this season is the difference between a comfortable season and a dogfight.
        Kept the faith!

New deal to get rid of clauses no doubt.

Also potentially increases his resale value if we can extend his contract length?
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

              2015/2016, average at best.....

              2016/2017, same old, same old....

              2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

Totally agree. I would go as far as saying giving him 90k a wk instead of 80 will benefit the club. I am not for paying players silly money but for qpr it makes massive sense to do so.

I'm always against paying silly money to players.... but I'd make an exception for Remy!

This guy has the 'potential' of being world class and could be the difference between going down and staying up. To have someone like that at QPR, IMO more than worth paying top dollar for!!
                  SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Yeah he's proven himself and justified his pricetag. Despite his injury problems I'd happily give him a little pay rise & extend the clause to 15M or so.

I agree as long as any release clause is worth around £15-18M rather than the ridiculously low £8.5.
If he links up well with Austin QPR could have a strikeforc to win around 10-12 games a season, add a similar number of draws and mid table is a good position to be in.

Without goals in the side, QPR will not get out of the bottom 5 all season.

So with all the ridiculous sums of money the Premiership clubs earn it makes sense to me to keep a few players like Remy who can keep you there.

Give him the extra cash and a longer contract get rid or raise the stupid clause.

Newcastle finished comfortably mid-table last season and it was in no small amount due to Remy's goals. Hence they keep embarrassing themselves trying to get him back.

But would he sign a new contract? Can't se that he would if he's looking for that move to CL.

Who's gonna sign him? Man City? Chelsea? Arsenal? Liverpool off the table.... Even if one of the first three sides mentioned go in for him he will be well down the pecking order. Spurs are Europa league so no doubt Remy wont fancy that. Best option is to stay with us, get a bit of extra cash and concentrate on scoring goals and getting himself back in the French side.
