Harry seems to turn to Adel Taarabt maybe as a consolation for the lack of new players coming in. Through the years Adel was never one of Harry's favourite players, however, knowing our lack of creativity in the middle and opposition half, he may be an option. Adel is class if he can get his act together and give the club that is paying him massive wages, the best he can give. As already been said many times here, we are taking too long to conclude on transfers. Finally, we may all be sorry if the club continue to miss out on its targets. Its only two weeks away now!

lots of speculation on twitter tonight that milan have contacted us and are negotiating taarabt's price down to €3m. time will tell whether this is true...

Can't really say anything else though can he? Harry's not gonna come out and say "Well Adel doesn't want to be here and is 2 stone overweight. The club want 6m million for him but to be honest nobody is having it so we'll take whatever we can get!"

Knowing how Harry is and having read about some of Adel's antics in Warnocks book, it's only gonna end in tears. The sooner Milan come up with a number that our board will say yes to, the better!

I'll eat my hat if Adel is here come September 1st. He'll end up at Milan on loan again. We're playing the permanent only deal at the moment but will give in towards the end of the window.

People have a understandable dislike to adel now and I completely understand how you got there. But atm hes still our only creative player, can still hold his own in the prem on his day and could still be useful to us at times.
Still think if hes here and he plays like he did at milan last year a few will quickly change their minds again.
