As it goes on, you can see why Flavio might appeal.

                        As does everybody.

Even top, top lawyers have a different take on their interpretation of what's been done/said so far.
So not much chance that any "normal" fan can come to ANY kind of conclusion about this mess.
I think the FIA will have to clarify a few things before any appeals are launched.

People can hope one way or the other, they can guess, they can play at being legal experts, mind readers, fortune tellers or whatever they want... but this is such a shame, and very embarrassing for QPR.
We just don't need this political/legal cr*p hanging over us for months on end.

It would be nice and "tidy" if he just retired from sport, put his feet up, lived the high life, and handed over the reigns to the Mittals... that's the ideal scenario for me - but it's just an opinion.
Not because I wish ill on the bloke, or have no appreciation for the good things he's done... but purely because I believe it would be the best long-term outcome for QPR.
And not because I am daft enough to think that Amit and Co would be perfect, or splash multi-millions on players.

Whatever the rights or wrongs of all this circus - FB is now branded a "cheat" for life, and he's damaged goods... permanently.

True, but at the end it says that both Symonds and Briartore can go to the "court of appeal" if they wish.

Yes I know, the opinions of top lawyers are split on his chances of finding a loophole. Depending on what article you read.

My point is, I don't want him to just "find a loophole"... if he managed to prove his innocence, that would be different.
I just think that he should go, and not drag us behind him through the mud, while he scraps for a legal technicality for months on end... putting us on hold, causing massive instability, confusion and controversy for our club.

                              It's about QPR, not him.
