..of course he's not. selling clubs fans always say things like this. Never do they say good player sad to see him go etc etc. You're no different! Sour grapes that's all.

West, Ive watched a lot of this lad and tbh I cant see how you put him in the same league as ned. I love ned but he's not as good as caulker no way. He's not the finished articl no which is scary as he's already a hell of a player and tbh if we keep him 3 seasons we will be lucky.
To much is lokked upon releagtion with cardiff and ppeople forget how good he was at swansea the year before.

Let's hope he signed a long contract with no release clause.

Its like comparing charlie and remy...we all know charlies is greta and we love him but if we could wed all still have remy every day of the week as he a different gravy all together.
Part of a defence which conceded 73 goals last season. Not saying that we should be using this to judge him but at the same time it doesn't look great on your CV. I'll reserve judgement once I've seen him play.

The transfer is on the official QPR twitter. Doesn't that count as official?

I respect what your saying mate and that stat doesnt read well, but you know as well as anyone its a team game and as a team cardiff were very poor. Same as us when we got releagted but that didnt stop remy shinning through or townsed. They were still class acts but the players around them were not up to scratch.
I think your right not to pile loads of expectation on him and I dont mean to do that, I'm just very suprised we have pulled this off, think your be delighted and suprised mate when you watch him live.

I think he is very decent Maids and am chuffed we got him but for me I do not think he is streets ahead of Nedum I think between Ned (Muscle+Pace) Caulker (Pace+Reading the game) and Rio (experience) we have all the bases covered.

Nedum in his defence don't let much get past him as if its a foot race hes a match for most I would guess, if they want to bully him he can stand up to that too I think the only area he needs to improve is concentration and think we have a top top player on our books.

In fairness I have seen plenty of Ned to form an opinion and perhaps am a little defensive of him as hes been with us through the bad and good where as I have in all honesty only seen Caulker on the box and a few times when he played against us for Swansea would be over the moon to be proved wrong however

Agreed. Decent signing and he appears to have plenty of potential but let's watch the guy play some games before acting like he is a world beater. As my boss said "If he was THAT good he would be at a bigger club than QPR " Fair enough point.

Ive seen him live about 8 or 9 times, I know thats not a lot in the great scheme of things but thats why I am really blowing his trumpet. Seen him and very gifted player imo. Just thought id throw that out there.
