The first test in itself discounts the medical in Boston rumour. You fast for 12 hours before the medical. So you get on a plane, don't eat, arrive in the US "en plein forme" after a 7 hour flight and nothing to eat. You would probably need at least a day or two to recover. Even then your blood pressure levels, cholesterol levels etc would possibly not be normal. I have flown over 1 million miles, so am familiar with he problem of flying.
Added to this the US doesn't even use the same measurements for blood sugar cholesterol etc. as in the UK.
