An English or British experienced player is different to what we had last time.. we had experienced foreign players like Bos****or who didn't understand the club and just took the club for a ride

Rio is THE signing of the season. He will be key to us staying up. A bit like when Steve McClaren came in last season. His English way of leading will suit much better for the squad than the South Korean way (non ciritizing, foreign, introvert?).

I will be even more excited if Remy stays.

Hopefullty it will be a great season, never too close to the bottom four..

haha your using that term to describe me?! have you seen some of the comments on Rio on here.. they disregard any valid point you make and carry on with their rant.
I class people as a doughnut or a clown when people's opinions are a million miles away from the obvious and majority opinion.

Which is always 100% right? If you believe that then you might be classed as a circus entertainment staff member yourself by people more cynical than me
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

I think a majority opinion on something is the best way to determine something being 'right'
If no one knows then the majority opinion makes the most sense

Doesn't matter how far away their opinion is from anyone else's or the obvious one, its their opinion! And at the end of the day its a forum and that's what keeps it going... 'different opinions' no matter what they are... no need to name call just because you don't agree with their opinion.... I've named called and been in heated arguments (admittedly a bit to heated at times) but that's responding to direct insults at me or the way someone talks to me, not because of their opinion.

once we get a rightback, caulker, cm, creative midfielder and 2 strikers i will be optimistic.

                        players i would like.

lansbury, caulker, deeny, sighorrsen, morrison and a qualitly right back.

If the season started with what we have now we`d be in massive trouble, But the Rio signing will make us more of a decent prospect to play for for any new signings.
So depending who else we bring in we could struggle or please god make a fight of it.
So in short Harry has a lot of work to do and has to get it right with any other signings.
My only worry is that we have lost our football identity and I am really unsure if we will attack (hope so) or just sit back and try for clean sheets again.
Starting every season with a completely new looking side isn`t the key to success.

Yes and at that time no one knew any different.. same goes for opinions now a day. Until there is fact, no one knows and you should take the majority opinion.
Everyone has there own but most people will come round to the majority..

How are you typing and knitting at the same time?!

Just making the point that the majorities not always right.

Always optimistic at the start of each season, 99% of fans from all clubs must be too.

Remember the Bolton and Swansea games and feeling pretty deflated after but hey thats football
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles
