Hopefully it will be the same with Remy. If none of the top 6 want him and he can see the difference in atmosphere at the club he might stay.

I think some Rangers fans take on Granero is, yes he was awful before but lets give him another chance. He never seemed to be one of the mercenaries, it just seemed like he couldn't settle.. hopefully under Redknapp he can pull the strings in there with Ale, Joey and Adel

Do you think that' to much of a risk relying on these 3 player's so much.. Granero, Faurlin and Adel??

Granero- despite above conversations he's still not really proved himself at qpr

Faurlin- just back from a long term injury and is now very injury prone

Adel- always going to be unpredictable with his attitude
        SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Firstly he was caught offside because he was making repeated runs and the passes werent being released by the likes of Taarabt when they should've time and time again.

Secondly, how can a striker who is constantly on the move and making runs and subsequently being caught offside due to other players holding onto the ball too long, be classed as a lazy striker.....???

It was and is a contradiction.

Isnīt this a thread about Granero?

The thing on granero that makes me more optimistic is the players who know him seem to rate him very highly.....He aslo has obviously come back in very good shape after the bleep test he smashed the other day so in my mind those two factors together are hopefully a good omen for a good season.
I'd love to see us keep him to Jan and see how he fares and maybe re assess then.

Wasn't having a dig by the way it was just a question... anyway I'd personally play 4.4.2. With a midfield like this...

                    Philips... Barton... ?... Traore

Out of the 3 I'd probably play Granero. (IMO its a bit much throwing Faurlin in the deep end starting a premiership game, I'd use him as a sub just to ease him in and Adel, well its no secret I don't like him and I just don't trust him).

Yeah it is, but you made a stupid comment about Cisse in this Granero thread, and I chose to respond to it.

Why did Cisse go 1500 times in the offside trap? Only because of Taraabt and Granero? Sorry, but I donīt think so.

That comment gives you more credence doesnt it.... 1500 times.....!

The point was if he was as lazy as you or some others make out, he'd never make any runs to get offside in the first place.

I understand what you are getting at mate fair enough he made a run that the rest of the team didn't pick up but once offside he didn't rush to get onside when we still had the ball.

Didn't really do to much for us last time considering he was meant to be this sort of Spanish super star from Real Madrid IMO he couldn't get his head around the English game and struggled.... but all that said he was in a shocking team with plenty of bad attitudes and now all that's gone he might settle a bit better..... if he stays I won't right him off... yet
With you 100 % Nick. Was really woeful with us. One of the worst we had, but seems that people have short memories. Hope he does better this time and does not slow down our offensive play like he used to do.

DO people remeber players like groud, drogba, kolsheny in their first seasons in the prem in teams much better than ours? All struggled and looked poor, some players need a season to adapt and come the next they all looked a different player.
We as fans expect instant superstars to quickly. A move abroad into new role for anyone takes some time to adapt but moving abroad to a new culture to a place of work where everything is backwards and unprofessional makes it even harder.
