  • Granero tells Redknapp he wants to stay

    @jacobmurtagh on twitter

    Edit, here'd the actual quote from the QPR twitter:

    Redknapp: "@eGranero11 has come back fit. He's a smashing lad, a good character. He wants to stay. Let's hope he has a good season." #QPR

            He was the one shining light of the Hughes farrango. Remember him and Faurlin completely bossing Spurs at White Hart Lane for 75 minutes.

              great news. one of the only players we have in the middle with the legs to get up and down and this will be vital for us, especially if we are playing 3 at the back and 3 in the middle.

                    Has probably noticed a much better atmosphere around the place compared to last time.

                    Add to that we are back in the top division and i can see why he has come to that decision.

                    Good news and i can see him having a really good season.

                        If so that could get Remy to stay as well, we can only hope but so far I've got a good feeling..

                            Brilliant news imo - think granero is a very gifted player - if he gets a full pre season behing and a chance to get to know the squad he could be a gem.

                              I hope I'm wrong about Granero and he proves to be the player we all thought he could be first time around.
