I just dont like 3 - 5 - 2 personally - Like to have wingers in a team and think 4 2 3 1 is much more balanced. Back four with two midfielders offering protection and and a front four who can potentially interchange and with a number 10 style.
I cant see players like phillips or any potential new wingers coming to the club with this new formation.
