Totally agree with you they can't force players to sign but they shouldn't be coming out and saying closing in on our first signing a week ago congratulating the scouts and then nothing happens . Whatever deal tf was referring to has obviously hit a snag so why shoot their mouths off before it's done ? It's unprofessional and when things go wrong it pisses people off

I think every fan wants early signings but either the club is keeping their cards close to the chest, or we really are missing out on our targets. It's a very frustrating time.

I won't claim ITK really hope what j was told is correct and like us all want to see at least 2 or 3 in with next 7 days. If no deals done then I think it's time to worry a bit.

I think what has changed in recent times is the ITK posters who post what they hear and build up expectations; they say something there is a buzz about the names etc and we want it confirmed ASAP this was not helped with Paladini drip feeding TX info to those that shall remain unnamed added to that that we have been quite active last few windows and to me as fans we have become spoilt.

We do our business in public and get hyped up not so much because of the club but because time and time again we get taken in by the ITK posters who raise hopes. There were two ITK posters in my opinion Walkonby and Ric Roc who got driven away

That's why the Austin signing was so exciting it came out of leftfield no hype, no expectation, no build up just the announcement we have signed Charlie Austin so we can do business quietly but think as fans we need to let the club do that
