What will be will be if we sign players great if we don't then we just need to give it the best go we can with the hand which we are dealt; worse case scenario we go down £100mil better off in the pocket and in a stronger position to put a better balanced squad together

Dawson has been told he can leave for £5million, so I would personally meet Spurs valuation and up the Lescalles bid to £6million.
£3million more than Caulker, but Dawson still has a few years left in him and partnered at the back with Rio we would have 2 decent CB's plus Lascalles for the future as well.

interesting decision by him as there is every chance he could find himself in the same division he is now in 12 months time. Pulis and Palace done an amazing job last season but second season syndrome could well take place next season for them
If he has gone to Palace I don't begrudge him the extra dough a footballers career is short and you only get a finite period to make what you can. would have been decent signing to make but its not the end of the world if he does go elsewhere
