Could never want the Germans to win at anything, too much long-standing history between us and them, all the Argentina stuff is more recent by comparison.

Also, could not stand the smugness of their arrogant supporters if they won it.

Work for German company so that may be part of the reason as would never hear the end of it.

Was over there last week when they were playing USA, and they gave me shed loads of abuse taking the **** out of England.

Was only banter and taken in good spirit, but kind of hard to swallow.

Well, we've kicked the bejasus out of both of them on the field of battle but 86 still sticks in the mind. The box heads for me on Sunday.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

The messi lovers will be out in full force if Argentina win, their prime minister hates us and Keeps going on about the Falklands being theirs, also Maradona has never shown any humility or guilt in regards to the 'hand of God' and is somewhat quite arrogant and dismissive about the whole thing...come on Ze Germans!

Argentina for me. Drew them out the hat for the sweep at work.

Argentina by a mile. Got no hatred towards the Germans. Yes there's history there, but it seems to have always been pretty 1 sided in terms of the rivalry. Always seemed to me Germany playing England was no different to them playing Holland or France, where as we always talked things up like it was the biggest game of all time when playing them.

Argentina on the other hand seems more mutual. They as a nation hate the English, and that's fine with me as I ****ing hate those dirty 5c.um *****

They got their bums kicked a few years back in the falklands after years of chirping up and givinig it the biggun, And then they skulked off and went back under their rock. now a new generations starting to get all mouthy again and they need to learn when to keep it zipped. part of me hopes they do invade the Falklands again, so this current lot can get the crap kicked out of them, and hopefully we can have a bit of peace and quiet without all these soppy banners being held up before kick offs by their national team.

Must have hurt, getting turfed out of a place on your doorstep by some nation half way on the other side of the globe. They should have been embarrassed then, and they still should now.

They can both burn. No good outcome here.

It is a nightmare. Hate both countries for all sorts of reasons. Have been to Germany many times and they seem to like us. The Argies just hate us with a passion. They got turned over in '82. You can't forget what Maradona did in '86 with his blatant cheating! And the Germans..............well we all know our history with them. Wish they could both lose!
