I know I will get the normal responses of be patient, we have irons in the fire , we're not making the same mistakes etc but ....

Just over a month to go and not even one signing !

Those we are strongly linked with don't happen - caulker

    Only Rio looking likely now

Loan players all gone back which means we are worse off

I for one don't want cesar, taarabt or grenero back so there futures need to be sorted

Yes, having remy back would be a big boost but I fear that will drag on and on until the end of August

I'm sure the club are aware we are really short of quality at the moment and need to move fast

Burnley and Leicester have bought in about 5 each so that they can integrate players when preseason starts

Last moan - I'm fed up with seeing the official site going on about the pitch, pre season friendlies or the a - z of other clubs

I'm afraid to say if that's the case - the team less the loan signings that finished at wembley will get beat each week comfortably in the premiership

Being beaten, is never enjoyable unless you are a masochist.

I am not, it hurts too much.

It really is moaning for the sake of it. What ever you think of tf and beard and co they are not idiots. They dont need telling that we need signings and more quality. Its also in their interest for us to stay up financially and with the stadium and training ground ect.
QPR is a business to them and hopefully well run now. business deals that cost multi million pounds take time, acquiring the right products ie players is delicate skill and i'm glad we are not rushing and panic buying there just isn't no need to. In the great scheme of things there is plenty of time to do business.
No one knows whats going on with Caulker, the lad has a big choice to make and tbf wouldnt you wait to see what all your options are when there is just short of 8 weeks to decide your long term future?
These panic threads are ridiculous when we dont kick off for another 6 weeks. expect some serious business in the next 2 weeks and after the world cup.

So we shouldn't discuss our thoughts because doing so is 'moaning'?

What other areas are we not allowed to discuss sensibly?

Some people need to take a reality check and calm down. How many prem clubs have been hugely active in the transfer market....???? Liverpool because they're losing their star player, Hull throwing over the odds money at average players and that's pretty much it. You mention Burnley, who are bringing in the likes of Steven Reid ffs......

You need to bear in mind players and agents carry all the cards these days, hence the players we will be in for (some not leaked at all I expect) will also be wanted by other clubs between 8-18 in the prem, therefore the players / agents drag their heels to push the deals up in their favour. Many, not all, but many don't care who they play for, it's all about money.

Things will happen when they happen so stop fussing.

It strikes me that we seem to be going about things in quite an orderly manner. First, letting players go, then renegotiating with those we want to keep, then finally buying those we need given stage two's results.

This thread is clearly for the more irrational fans amongst our ranks (me included) for just spouting off transfer frustration.(not moaning)

Maybe not for the more level headed.

It's just sad that people spend their whole life moaning and not just waiting to see what happens. It's not all that bad guys!

Mate no one is having a go at you - our opinion on the matter discussed is just that it comes across as moaning for the sake of it and that's why our responses include reasons why we think its moaning and trying to sensibly rationalize why it is we haven't signed anyone yet.

Unbelievable - this forum is surely about debate and opinions. You can just come back with a response like that. I feel my OP is what many of our fans are thinking. Now, Croydon captain jacks response is fair and measured and also adds value

I remain genuinely concerned that many of our 1st and 2nd targets are slipping away. And I would like to know what the future holds for cesar, taarabt and grenero. Some of our fans may want these 3 back, I don't. Again, room for debate which is surely what this forum is about. Not moans , debate over facts .......
