Formation?

Now we are linked with Caulker, Rio and Lescalles and we alrealry have Ned, Hill and Dunne. That's 6 cb's if we get all 3 who's been linked. Then upfront we have Charlie and Bobby and been after Sighthorsson and apparently Hooper and who knows what's gonna happen with Remy. So, could it be that Harry is considering 3-5-2 formation with wing backs? What's the point have 5-6 cb's if you only play with 2 and why have 4 strikers and 3 of them sitting on the bench?
