what is it with these cheating latinos??....spain were the founders of the 'feigning head injuries' when the oppo had the ball in their box( which martinez' wigan perform) to stop a game in their favour.......now watch the extra ball come on the field when a side try to take a throw on anywhere near brazils penalty box.................discuss?

agree, in the pub last night watching the game, to a man, everyone was cheering for Colombia. Us Brits just don't warm to cheatsI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

I really can't stick the Brazilians. Used to really like em, had an admiration for em as a great footballing nation but the way they've been this tournament is terrible - nothing like the Brazil sides of old. Been played off the park by Chile already, and were fairly lucky last night, albeit Columbia were a shambles for most of the first half. Think they'll get well found out by ze Germans on Tuesday.
Some of the officiating in the Brazil games is disgraceful as well, what their players have gotten away with without cards in comparison to the opposition has baffled me at times (in fairness more so in the Chile game than last night's as last night he let an awful lot go for both sides).
Still fancy Argentina for the win, reckon they'll do ze Germans in the final. They've not really got out of 2nd gear yet, but they've got that winning mentality and think they'll keep getting stronger. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
