Why can't he keep his trap shut until the deal is done? It almost makes you think that he has an arrangement in place with caulkers agent to see if he can get a bigger club/ better deal

So I think he will end up somewhere else - thoughts?

Hooper wanted prem football, as much as I am NOT a fan of the HR, he and the club where blameless. I was worried regardless the reports of a split with him and TF, so for him to come out and update us was required at this point.

Moving forward, I agree, keep it buttoned.

Not overly fussed that HE has come out & said about caulker. No doubt the players agent will be bandying his name out to other clubs than ours so our bid for him will hardly be a secret.

The hooper deal wasnt harrys fault...hooper had all the cards back then. He knew he could wait to see if a prem team come in for him and norwich did so he jumped at the chance. The only reason we wont get caulker is if liverpool or spurs get involved.
