The money this clown would demand would be far better invested in Caulker/Lascelles or a decent midfielder/striker or two. Right back we should be looking for cheap-ish cover for Simpson, not blowing £120k a week on this guy.

To be honest mate I agree with you. Simpsons more than capable of playung there in the premiership and IMO is a better player anyway. Id like us to concentrate on bring in more central positions- CD, CM and 2/3 strikers.

I wouldn't say Simpson is better than Johnson, but putting everything into the hat then Simpson is a far better option for the club than Johnson and I'm happy enough with him being our right back for next season.

I'm sorry bur Glen Johnson is absolute dog ****. He shouldn't be anywhere near the England side, and wont be once Walker gets fit and Flanaghan breaks through.

Bloke is supposed to be a good attacking full back, but have you ever seen his end product? ****-poor.
