QPR wore hoops when they were last in the Premiership, did the rules change this or last season ?
I cannot see why a team can have hoops or stripes on the back. if it is so the name an number can be clearly seen surely they can design something like the old system of sticking the name and number on a patch. QPR used on for the millenium kit and although not perfect it is certainly better than this seasons codswallop design.
