Should a serious offence happen in a game which goes unpunished, FIFA (the FA or whoever it is) can deduct points from the team.

Case in point Suarez biting the Italian, should he be found guilty Uraguay should be expelled from the world cup.

Not rule change but I would like to see like in Rugby league the ref have a camera on head during the game so we can see what view they get when making decisions!!! might forces refs into making decisions instead of airing on side of caution

Agree but I think you should cap how many can be on the pitch at one time ie. your allowed three foreign players on pitch at one time. For me its not restriction of trade as your not saying no foreign players just capping how many can in in match team or if people did say that was a restriction an alternative rule where English players have to play a proportion of games come the end of your season i.e. 70% of games come end of the season should have had English players involved

If suarez was on this thread he would want biting introduced

I have often also thought about the idea where you can put back on a sub that you have previously taken off like in Rugby and I know most wont agree but being able to bring on players for special set pieces like pens or free kicks i.e free kick on edge of box you could bring Beckham on to take it if on the bench

Players injured from foul once treated having to leave the pitch therefore leaving team a player short until after the free kick has been taken. Cannot see what this actually achieves apart from disadvantaging team who should be gaining an advantage from the free kick

Would also like to see them allow the quick freekick around the box again as everytime its done now the ref pulls it back saying wait for the whistle
I totally agree about the jockeying of the ball, its a blatant obstruction of the ball.

Straight red cards for blantant dives , yellow cards for over reacting to challenge even its a free kick

got to agree with the OP on obstruction, very frustrating seeing players shielding the player while the ball is miles away. The corner fiasco where players wrestling each other to the ground is a disgrace too, a few sending offs and penalties awarded would solve it imo
I must away now, I can no longer tarry

They reckon it would take a month to sort out in world football. There would be an initial outcry as bans would be happening left right and centre but once players / teams realise they won't get away with it anymore it would stop for good.

The ref's watch linked to a stadium clock so we can see correct stoppage time.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

similar to others... i'd like retrospective cards for diving plus a new red card offence for 'professional simulation' where a player dives in a match-changing situation (to gain a penalty and/or to get an opposition player sent off).

a time limit for taking throw-ins would be good (say 15 seconds) to stop so much time wasting on throws, if a team overruns the time limit, then the throw is given to the opposition.

i really like the magic free kick spray they're using in brazil too.
