My main concer is the defence as the likes of Cahill and jagielka simply aren't that good. The young lad Stones (?) at Everton who people rave about should be integrated sooner rather than later and let the younger crop develop as a team together.

Get Stones, Shaw, Flanagan and Caulker integrated into the team in the run-up to the Euros.
