He had hardly played at City when he came to us, and was thrust into that pile of rubbish and expected to perform.
Can't recall him having any bad games last year albeit in the Championship, but like you say believe he will be a major asset for us next year, but do think he will be first choice.
Very strong and quick and his positional play seems to be improving all the time.

If he choses palace over us then he really is a divvy. Everything about that club is proper toilet, getting there is the worst, and once you are there what a shitehole. Loftus road is fairly easy to get to from the country mansion and london is ten minutes away?
Both clubs are prem strugglers and both will offer the same dough, so if he choses them then they are welcome to him.

Surely any decent young player would prefer joining a club managed by Harry Redknapp with an ambitious board that wants to go places!

Redknapp never really gave Caulker a chance when he was at Spurs aside one Carling Cup tie and one Europa League game where he played the kids to make a point to Levy - this was when he was loaned out Bristol City and Swansea too. Maybe Caulker feels Harry doesn't rate him and Pulis does? Maybe he feels his lack of pace wouldn't be exposed as much in a Pulis side that plays their centre backs very deep with centre backs also employed as full backs. Would make him look better.
Anyway - given that both clubs would offer similar money and are of a similar standing, assume it will be his football decision that holds sway, unless he wants to come back "home", as such.Meet me by the railway tracks

Bookies are terrified of transfer odds as there are far too many people with inside info that could potentially take them to the cleaners. The odds will change (and I've watched them change) if someone bets £20 on a player moving if that bookie is near a clubs training ground or stadiumMeet me by the railway tracks
