    Harry Maquire from Sheff United

So we would have defenders Onoura , Dunne , Hill , Ehmer , Maquire and Caulker which should be more than enough

You say this then have the audacity to say my arguments are pathetic

Maguire please.... you do realise we have just got in the top flight. How can you seriously moan that Rio is a risk and not up to it then throw up a player who has no experience of the top division and has only played in the 2nd tier of English Football. If your concerned about relying on Rio how can you not be concerned about relying on an unproven 21 year old????

Now if you want him signed as one for the future then that's fair enough but he would not play any part next season and therefore we would still be left requiring a CB

Basically your only interested in signing youngers and any older player put forward you will not give the light of day its that simple

So you'd be happy with Ned and Maguire as our cb pairing for next season? One who's had less than a full season at cb in the prem and the other whos never even played in the prem! Even caulker and end for me isn't enough experience. You're a serious clown and starting to think you're just trolling

I would go with Maguire because he is young , will see it as a step to come to Rangers and will also have resale value

If we didn't have Dunne & Hill then Ferdinand would be an ok signing

I would just like us to try and build a team rather than just stop caps every season also will need to look at following season encase we get relegated , we don't want another situation of having too many high earners

For me Its tough but I would ditch Dunne to make way for Rio and give Hill an extension. Tend to agree three of them would be a push but Rio is better then both of them and Hill has in my view earned an extension yes Dunne got his extension for games played and it would be interesting if he never had that if the club would have given him another year

Going by how they announced his contract extension I don't think he would of been given another year

                  • I think it's an amazing signing. Rio is a top guy, top pro & top defender

Making him a top top top player hey Harry
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

                    • A Man Utd supporter I know seems to think Rio will be on 80k per week. He just said that his not worth that much. I don't know if it's true or not?

Pay him the wage. The way some people have bigged him up, surely he's worth every penny?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

                            • Pretty much clued up all things Man Utd.

                              He said 80k and I said "No 40 - 50k", then he said "I'm telling you it's 80k".

The deal is not done yet as SSN is reporting, hope it's no more than 50k max.

Rich, I do think he'll be good for our club, it's just the wages that bother me.

                              • Trouble with these cockney reds is they have this arrogance about them where they think they are right about everything football. Unless he is close to Rio or someone at QPR then he is just speculating.
