Quality! Thought it was absolutely dire myself. 2 VERY average teams that England would absolutely rip to shreds.
Yep agree. This Bon even had the cheek to say Welbeck was useless. Am not his biggest fan but even I would say he would easily walk into the South Korean team and be by far the best player. He is probably better in goal than the actual Keeper they have.
Like I said, Korea would have shown real quality if we played more offensive side.
Russia was the one who topped the group to qualify in the european division with their sheer defense and counter-attacking style of playing.
Of course, South Korea isn't as good as England. But we are at least better than average mid-table european teams both physically and technically.
The likes of Greece, Switzerland, etc are no match to Korea
Another funny one from you. Switzerland are 5th in the world rankings. Korea are what 60th or something? Granted the world rankings are often a bit strange but not by 60 odd places to make Switzerland no match to Korea. Ridiculous

Danny Welbeck is far from useless, but he is not better than Heung Min Son.
As for being the best player on the Korean national team "by far", I know you're overcompensating for Bon's comments, but it's just as silly.
Korea beat Greece in the 2010 World Cup, and lost to Switzerland in the 2006 World Cup, but Korea has also beaten better teams at recent (?) World Cups, so it's not all that farfetched to think that Korea could beat Switzerland the next time around, although the Swiss are still more likely to win.
Korea could beat Algeria in the next game, but a lot weighs on the defense being solid. It's not likely Korea can beat Belgium after that, but maybe they can hold them to a tie, and if they do manage to pull off a win, it would just be one of many times that Korea beat the favored team at the World Cup.

And we've owned their best 11 right before the world cup
Ah, I forgot about that recent friendly with Switzerland, didn't get to watch it myself. I think that was the one where Chu Young Park scored the winner, right?
