Fulham had a good run as a Premiership club (as long as QPR's best ever top flight stint), yet fans on here slate them as a joke club...go figure!

When I lived in london and had no kids it was fine getting a season ticket every year. Now with the kids and wife and living outside of London just cant afford every game so have to make do with the 6 or 7 i can get too. Miss going every week like mad but thats life and have other responsibilities but dont think that makes me or anyone similar a tourist fan.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

If a club like West Ham are only taking the upper tier at ours then you know its too expensive to get into football nowadays
I also think that in the div 3 days we had a united fan base for god knows how long and everyone really got behind the club , I think we have lost a number of loyal fans since then due to way the club has been runWe Are The People.....

Personally do not have a problem with Fulham, and as you say they had a good run in the Prem, who are we, QPR, to give them stick. Don't subscribe to all this tribalism bowlarks and *** for tat stuff...very puerile.

puzzling some hate us because of the Fulham Park Rangers mooted by Jim Gregory in the 80's. As if any of us wanted itI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

We can hardly blame cost for the low numbers who go to watch us - the same applies to every other club. Indeed, as living standards are a lot higher in London we must have one of the wealthiest catchment areas in football. Face it, we are a small club with a small fan base. Us basking in our size over Fulham wd be like Danny de Vito getting all superior because he's slightly taller than the poisoned dwarf in Dallas....
Weare: disagree with you on rivalry. I'm 46 but have very little interest in Chelsea rivalry (a certain memorable night in SW6 aside...) because life has moved on. They are in a different stratosphere and its just embarrassing to my mind that some fans try to keep it going. Yes there are one or two old time Chelsea fans who remember the rivalry but to most of them we might as well be Brentford. I agree the rivalry with Fulham is fairly new but if both sets of supporters put away their rose-tinted spectacles they wd have to accept that we are two very similar sized clubs both very close to each other - and I've no doubt we will be swapping divisions and playing each other a whole lot in the coming years, as cd see both of us becoming yo-yo clubs. Recipe for good healthy rivalry in my book...
