RIP Rik Mayall. a truly sad day for those who grew up with the Young Ones and Bottom.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Terribly sad news and so young to, the QPR link to the series bottom was a script writer being a Rs fan, i believe he also wrote early episodes of only fools and horses , if you look at the first ones outside the flat there's qpr sprayed on the wall, same script writer i believe.
                  RIP

Very sad news, really did help change the face if British comedy in the 80's and was great seeing the Rs mentioned in Bottom ! His best parts for me were as Alan ******* and Lord Flashheart a true comedy legend and too ****** young RIP Rik

Will be sadly missed , i remember when they were reading the hammersmith gazette and eddie was discussing ******* Ferdinand with Richie in Bottom. Classic.

                          I remember the fairground episode

Richie: OH I love these romantic, romany types................filthy gypo *******s stole my wallet..

Lord Flash : any bird who likes to be chained to a radiator and sufferagette movement gets my vote.

                          what a legend

                          RIP Rik
