Harry is only thinking in terms of 1 season, after which he will probably retire. And also the reason he was only signed until May 2015.
Tony has the bigger, long-term vision.

Thatīs true and I can live With that, but I sincerly hope they both are willing too compromize for the sake of what I believe is their common goal; survival this season. it will be an interesting pre-season when it comes to signings or rather their age.QPR
