  • sunderland bid £4m for ashley williams (sky)

Some people in facebook are saying he is having medical at QPR. Not sure how true but would be perfect signing. Imagine him with Onuoha.

Would be happy with him, but all seems a bit unlikely that this is all supposed to have happened so quickly.... There were bigger clubs interested in him so why would he rush to sign for us when he could potentially go to a rejuvenated Liverpool...????

Let's wait and see If true first becuase the article says he is target for Arsenal and Liverpool which puts some doubts about why he preferred us on them If they have submitted bids!

Not sure there is that many bigger clubs interested, has a good attitude but think there is better out there including Caulker and Lescott, if true and published will be interesting to see the fee and wages.

Not sure about Lescott who has won titles before and could not be hungry for the challenge at QPR. As for Caulker I have read Tottenham are favourites to get him back.

Agree if he is available amazed more established clubs are not taking a look like Everton etc but would be a proper signing as he ticks all the boxes

Does lack pace but would be a good partnership with nedum
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not saying he is a bad signing and better than we have or have had for dome time but just think we need a real dominate CB, at 6'0" he's not the biggest, but maybe we have another coming that fits that bill, if true of course.
