His crossing in the wembley final was absolute sh it, simple as.

But the fact is he actualy tried taking on his defender and looked a threat and that alone is an improvement.

Still think he could be a big player for us next season if his confidence grows.

Has been generally a disappointment since he signed but without him we wouldn't be in the premier league

        Simples!

Think thats a pretty fair assumption mate. I cant even take away from him that he was involved in two of the biggest moments in our season.

Iv`e noticed that he looks our biggest threat (in most games) in the first 20-30 mins then after that we seem to just stop giving him the ball.
He is a frustrating player though (that`s maybe why).
Does better as an impact sub.

And thats my worry about him too. In the final I noticed he was actually in good positions a few times but when some of our players had the chance to pass to him they often didnt and to me that says alot. The players no he doesnt release the ball and often loses it when in a good position. never a good sign, a thing I think you was worried about with townsend mate.

YEP you`re right... I know as a winger he can`t produce every time he has the ball or even every game, I`m not against him at all and could see him going to a different club and doing really well, maybe that`s the problem with the way we play, we just don`t get enough support in attacks for him to really produce often, so is left trying to do things he shouldn`t.
