The R's winger - one of four Under-21s to be offered new deals - has put pen to paper on a new contract until the summer of 2015.
Portuguese-born Andrade, who has two senior appearances to his name since arriving in W12 in January 2008, enjoyed a loan spell at League One outfit Stevenage during the 2013/14 season. The 20-year-old featured 18 times for Boro, scoring once.
Andrade also played a part in the Under-21s' rise to the Professional Development League Two play-off final, finishing as runners-up after a 1-0 defeat to Crewe Alexandra.
