Hoilett and Phillips will be good for us. i think Routledge is a quality player but is happy at Swansea. I would gamble on Ravel TBH

would love us to sign ravel and hope we do. the lads a gem and with the right nurturing he could be sensational.

The only issue with Hoilet is he is sometime not motivated to give 100%. Don't really know what his problem is; only Harry knows. Perhaps playing the Premier League will make him more motivated to perform?
