My captain without a shadow. You can see he's integral to the spirit. And he's clearly loving life with us

What is it with these scousers (Clint & Joey) and the whole leadership/work-ethic thing?

One of the most important, certainly.
'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Barton: Best years ahead of me

After Harry said Joey would make a great manager, Barton has revealed he still has many goals he wants to achieve as a player first:

The best sports coverage from around the world, covering: Football, Cricket, Golf, Rugby, WWE, Boxing, Tennis and much more.

Joey HAS to be Captain next season IMHO.

I think people underestimate what a good influence Richard Dunne has been as well as those already mentioned. The majority have made it very difficult for the potential "moody" players to stamp any negative marks. I can think of 1 or 2 within the playing squad who were in the negative camp a year or so back but they've adjusted/accepted and hopefully enjoyed the new found QPR dressing room!

The football has been mostly poor but Harry's target was promotion and a good dressing room and he acheived both so well done Harry!!

He is important and his passion is great but in terms of overall importance I would say Charlie Austin.

Great shout in all fairness mate. Dunne when fit is still a fantastic player imo - we've seen him at his best and worst this year and tbf to the guy he played alot more than we all expected and it certainly took its toll on him.
Was outstanding in the play off final and I think your right in saying he would of been a massive influence in the changing room last year. I believe playing less games next year he will be a important squad player.

I agree mate, definitely back up for the games with not so pacey strikers, cup games but more importantly the dressing room banter!

We missed Joey during our last season in the premiership.
We will most certainly need him next season, an integral part of the Queen's Park Rangers team in my opinion.

I think Joey is better off concentration on his game and being a driving force on the pitch, I think Chief should be captain
