I think we need to go out and buy a top striker. We at least need two top strikers. I also think if we keep zamora we will need to buy another striker from the championship ie deeney or grabban type/
Reckon to get both a top striker and squad striker theres a good 10 mill plus there.
Wingers - we atleast need two but I think there is value for money in these postions in the championship and could pick up two decent players for anywhere between - 5 - 7 mill.
Center mid - I believe tihs is a really important position to get right this year. We lacked creativity and that player who could create something out of nothing or thread a decent ball through. If we are to stay up we need more creativity from midfield this year. Morrison is a must for me but I think we need a box to box midfielder too, who is technically better on the ball than what we got atm and also another enforcer with a little more quality.
I honestly think 15 - 20 mill will need to be spent in this area.
Defence - I like our set up atm but I think we certainly need a cb and rb cover. I think cb we will see a free arrive but would love to see a bit of money spent on a more youthful signing like caulker, will keane or maguire for example. Plus a decent rb for cover. I can see another 8 - 10 mill being spent here.
If I add up the highest amount ive roughtly estimated for each position that would come to a 47 mill investment not including wages and any freebies we pick up. If we sell granero, taarabt, remy we'd scrape back 12 - 15 mill.
So that would be roughly a 35 mill outlay.- is that realistic for us or am I in still in pure delusinal lala land, still living off adrenalin from saturday lol?
