I don't know why people are getting worked up about a badge, I'd like people to prioritise what they would like for the good of the club not what is good for themselves!
The badge has changed over the years, things move on. So, if the club had a fans vote and the design you voted for didn't get selected, would you still be moaning??
You're sort of missing the point, there's going to be a new badge TF has said many a time he's going to change it...... now wouldn't it be nice to have a bit of input?

But going back to not caring about the badge that's just a case of different opinions, you clearly don't care and I do, not really much more to say on that one is there..

I do try to put some thought into what I contribute on message boards although I don't think I'm stupid so it doesn't actually take much time to express my opinions.....

I agree that its nice to be involved, but I don't remember reading that were were ever asked before on matters like this so why do you think it's your right as a fan to be? It seems to me that the main objection to the current badge is more about who created it than what it actually looks like....

No I'm not missing the point Nick. If they did a poll for the fans..choose A,B or C, and you chose A and the majority went with C,which had bells and whistles on it,would you be moaning about the badge again?
The most important thing is that the club is run properly and we become an established Prem club!
I don't care if we play in pink,as long as there is a QPR to follow(we haven't always played in blue and white hoops,as some on this board believe)
I came here to chew gum and kick ass,and I'm all outta gum!

TF has stated that it would be nice for the fans to a have a bit of input into the new badge, whether that happens or not we'll just have to wait and see.. for the ones who don't like the current badge from what I can see it seems pretty even between not liking it because of who created and between just genuinely not liking it.

Me talking about the badge has nothing to do with what colour our kit is/was all I'm saying is the badge in my opinion is a very important part of the club. And the answer to your A, B or C question, if the badge that got chosen wasn't the one I wanted of course I wouldn't be as happy as if it was the 1 had voted for but I'd still be happy as its a badge chosen by the fans.

Ha ha, I thought that too Nick! He cares enough to make multiple posts claiming he doesn't care!

I just want it changed, to get rid of the association with the clowns who created it. Until then, be it 1 year from now or 100 years from now, I will not be buying any merchandise. If enough people feel as I do, and I am far from alone, then the club will actually MAKE MONEY by changing the badge (because people like me will start buying merchandise again).
'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Shouldn't be such a big issue surely. So Briatore and Bernie got someone to design the badge... that's all of the association. They've been gone for ages now. Other things have happened since then. It could be associated with any of the other things, our first promotion in 15 years, our relegation and return.... This badge means a lot of different things to different people. We, all of us are in control of what it means to us, not Briatore!

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

I for one have grown to like it ...
I think why it looks naff on the shirts and other merchandise, is because it looks like a blob that has been stuck on.
Now if they machine embroidered it on to the shirt it would look much better
