In fairness us the fans and flavio have had a few rocky moments, but, i dont think he would do anything to intenially stich us up, imo whatever happens we dont have to much to worry about....
Sure the media will once again jump on our backs, but it can go one of a few ways, either the whole lot sell which wouldnt be too bad cos he wont take a loss so we will go to people with cash, b, flavio leave and the rest stay or c, bernie leaves aswell but the mittals take over. Or ofcourse d, flavio gets to stay and we carry on as normal...Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

Brian Mawhinney, the tory boy that took the p*** out of Luton, pretty much killing them off (and that is from someone that hates Luton).
As bad as things are at our club right now, we once again face a period of uncertainty. I think that it is important that we as fans keep our support behind the team and not get involved in calling for the likes of Briatore to go. THe reason i say this is that there may be no one else to replace him.
There is the possibility that all three could walk away, sell the ground and sod off.
We need to stick together, fight against the likes of Mawhinney dictating what is and isnt done at our club and let business hopefully see that we come to a conclusion that is positive for the good of QPR.
I may be wrong, but I sense Briatore is getting more support from the fans in his time of need that he normally does, but that is not the purpose of my comment.

If the Mittals are trying to raise their profile in the UK, then I would have thought their best course of action is to buy Flavio out.
To simply walk away would not do anything to help their reputation. Far better to takeover fully and make a success of the club - use this whole sorry affair to their advantage.Last edited by Minty; 22-09-2009, 06:29 AM.Be nice to Minty

I doubt Flavio or the other owners want Flavio to have a high profile at games in the next few weeks as it can only lead to bad press associated with QPR. This in turn would pi** off the sponsors whos agreements may have clauses concerning bad publicity etc ?

Just heard from a very reliable suace that FB has "gone to ground" for a "while".Loads of journos are desperate to get to him for interviews on both F1 and QPR.
The FACT is that no-one knows,at this stage, what is going to happen to the ownership of our club.
From a strictly personal point of view,I believe the best thing for us would be for the Mittals to take over lock stock and barrell and put their hearts and souls into making QPR a success-but whether this will happen remains to be seen.
