i think he would be a good buy. If we also get another younger striker as well. I would hope that we let AJ go. I just think he fitness is too much off a gamble. Booby deserve another contract after his goal.

Would be a excellent buy for us facto. Right sort of player with a great attitude and knows where the net is. Him, Austin and maybe another striker or two from the championship would be a very good and realistic strike force. How old is Lambert now? Jonsons already left the squad apparently. Hes out of contract any way and theres no chance hes getting a deal out of us.

well i hear saints manager has strikers(plural) inbound as he dont really fancy lambert...plus he still has jay rodrigeuz to return.....i think l a lambert/austin partnership be a real handful for any defence!...as said compliment that with bobby as an impact sub plus say giving a young striker a chance of a squad place and we will be on the right track attack wise.........remy is off so we can forget him....just need to get as much for him as possible!

Sounds promising. Lambert on a 2 year deal then would be a fantastic signing....Add a rhodes, mccormack or deeney to that equation and maybe retain bobby on a much smaller contract then we'd be set up nicely. Think it would be key to make sure we get a pacey striker in too so we can stretch defenders as well.
