  • Fans fighting each other yesterday

Why do it? We're all Rangers. Child asking his dad in front of me why two full grown men were fighting at football.

    Embarrassing.

          it

it goes off all the time mostly drink related, sometimes its something that has happened a few weeks
before and it re ignites, but wembley always creates these incidents and make no mistake if qpr had lost it would have seriously kicked off

There was an annoying man in front of me who kept standing and waving the flag many times. It angered me a bit, but I managed to keep quiet as well to keep the atmosphere good between Rangers fans.

              Was an isolated incident.

Let's not put a dampner on what was a magical day for us all.

Seeing smiling kids everywhere in their Rangers tops with face paint on was a sight to behold.

Too much beer and "gear" and sleep deprivation. Add to that a load of male testosterone and the frustration of supporting the R's (pre 89th minute)
all of the above is a recipe for potential flash-points.

ps I'm not condoning any of it, it's actually very tragic, but is reality I am afraid to say.

cant believe it but agreeing with ted that if we lost I think it could have been carnage.

I didn't hear a thing of any fans turning on each other - the only thing ive heard of it is reading this thread. a bit of a shame, I thoroughly enjoyed my day and assumed everyone else did as well.

                            voice still cracked. feels great!

This is par for the course with RS fans! happens at plenty of away games

could have been a rehersal for froch & Groves
